Over the past year, Christine has been honing her skills so that she may share and offer the modalities that have been pivotal in her journey to physical, mental and emotional wellness. Using these tools, she has been able to bring healing, joy, and fulfillment into her life. Vavatu Yoga is located in her home studio, it is a space for growth, healing, love and acceptance.
Vavatu Yoga offers private sessions for individuals & partners, no experience is needed. Private sessions can include any combination of yoga, breathwork, meditation and sound bath.
The Vavatu Yoga Studio is located in Jensen Lakes in St. Albert. This intimate setting has been personally curated to envelope a space where you can allow yourself to feel no judgement, only healing, focusing on mind and body, using Yoga as our guide.

All Natural Facials with Buccal Massage. You are able to customize and add on to the following standard techniques: Inter-Oral/Buccal Massage, Sculptural Face Massage, Facial Cupping, Gua Sha Stone Lymphatic Drainage.
BREATH
You can go 3 weeks without food, 3 days without water, but how long can you go without your breath? Let’s practice together!

Meet Christine!
Christine has been practicing yoga for over a decade, and since the birth of her 3 sons and journey through breast cancer her practice has become a daily routine.

Last year, I worked hard to improve my abilities and learn methods that have helped me feel better physically, mentally, and emotionally since I was diagnosed with breast cancer in March 2022. Now, I want to share these techniques to bring healing and happiness to others. Vavatu Yoga is where I practice and it’s a place full of love, acceptance, growth and healing. I’m excited to show you this special place!
